I was served this Olive Oil in a restaurant in San Gimignano, Italy. It was so delicious I bought a bottle there. Then, I ordered more for my friends and family. Alone or pared with an aged balsamic vinegar this is a delight. I made fresh bread to do it justice at home. I will buy this again and again.

We are thrilled to have this olive oil at home with us. We loved our visit -- the location and gardens are beautiful and the staff was wonderful! The olive oil perfect for us and, by the way, we also love the cherry jam we brought home!

You will experience the delicious aroma of this olive oil as soon as you open the bottle. My friends are always surprised at the aroma then they want some. I use it for coating chicken before air frying, alone or as a base ingredient for salad dressing, dip for tasty thick bread, adding a special secret taste to sauces…its versatility is incredible. This is the only olive oil I use. And to know the vineyard it comes from, having visited there myself, is an extra bonus. I get a case of 6 so I can share with two friends. Delivery is very efficient.
